G4 Capital Partners (“G4”) is a middle-market, real estate bridge lending group, created to capitalize on perceived inefficiencies in the real estate finance market.
G4 was co-founded by Louis Silverman, Robyn Sorid and Jason Behfarin and operates under the umbrella of the G4 Companies, a real estate investment firm of the Silverman family office. Since its launch in 2005, G4 has originated and funded over 160 loans with a combined value of close to $1 billion.
G4’s principal focus is on senior secured transitional loans in the Northeast with a core focus on the NYC metro markets. However, G4 employs an opportunistic approach and considers ancillary lending and equity opportunities in real estate consistent with the group’s risk adjusted return philosophy.
Investment decisions of G4 are guided by asset value including an assessment of whether the liquidation value of the collateral supports a full return of principal and Sponsor’s ability to execute.
G4’s Principals and Executive Team have substantial real estate development, operational and legal experience which allows them to provide “real world” underwriting and a focused and hands-on due diligence process on all loan transactions under review.
